Jaipur-Pushkar-Udaipur-Mountabu-Jodhpur 8 NIGHTS / 9 DAYS
Day 01: Jaipur
Pick up from Jaipur & transfer to the hotel. Afternoon visit HawaMahal, City Palace and JantarMantar observatory.Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Jaipur – Ajmer – Pushkar
Leave Jaipur for Ajmer &Pushkar, both the places are major religious center for Muslim and Hindu Pilgris respectively. We visit famous Dargah of KhwajaMuin-ud-din Chishti, Adhai Din kaJhopra, Anna sagar Lake at ajmer. Later proceed to Pushkar. In the evening we explore the priritual facets of this relaxed holy town Pushkar on foot. Overnight at Pushkar.
Day 03: Pushkar - Udaipur
After breakfast drive to Udaipur. Overnight stay at udaipur.
Day 04: Udaipur
Breakfast at the hotel & proceed for sightseeing tour of this lake city of Rajasthan, also popularly known as the Venice of the east. Take a romantic boat ride over Lake Pichhola, visit famous Jadish Temple and City Palace Museum. Also visit Sahelion Ki Bari the spectacular garden created along the FatehSagar Lake for the royal ladies. Overnight at Udaipur.
Day 05: Udaipur – Mount Abu
After breakfast, drive to Mt. Abu, en route visiting the Jain temples at Ranakpur, which are superbly preserved in a near-perfect condition for over 500 years. The most attractive features are the 29 halls of the temple, which have 1444 pillars of which no two are like. On arrival, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06: Mount Abu
In the morning, visit the world famous Dilwara Jain Temple, Nakki Lake and Brahmin Kumari Ashram. Dilwara Temple are a group of remarkable Jain temples. Among the finest examples of these are two temples in which the art of carving marble has reached unsurpassed heights. The older of the temples is the 'VimalVasahi', built in 1031 and dedicated to the first tirthankar, Adinath. In the front of the temple stands the 'House of Elephants', with figures of elephants marching in procession to the temple entrance. The later built 'Tejpal Temple' is dedicated to Neminath, the 22nd tirthankar, and was built in 1230 by the brothers Tejpal and Vastupal. The carving is so fine that, in places, the marble becomes almost transparent. Nakki Lake is virtually located in the heart of Mount Abu and is a big attraction with tourists. The lake takes its name from the legend that it was scooped out by a god, using only his nails, or
nakh. While taking a stroll along the lake, look for the strange rock formations. On the lake there is a dilapidated concrete boat-shaped snack bar. Stay overnight in Mount Abu.
Day 07: Mount Abu – Jodhpur
Early morning checkout from hotel & drive to Jodhpur enjoy some sightseeing, overnight stay at Jodhpur
Day 08: Jodhpur
Jodhpur, the stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, was founded in 1459 by Prince Jodha. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort, visit MotiMahal and PhoolMahal. Also visit JaswantThada, an imposing marble cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II around 1899 and Umaid Public gardens. Stay overnight at Jodhpur.
Day 09: Jodhpur – Jaipur
Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel & drive back to Jaipur, dropping at Jaipur rly stn.
